went there the other day and bought a large chips. Had to be some of the best chips ive had from kfc in a while.could be a bit faster with serving though
KFC is pretty much the same no matter which store you buy it from. I mean it's the secret herbs and spices! I did find the young bloke who served me, exceptionally polite and well mannered. Great service is what brings the customers back

Just reading some reviews on KFC Mooroolbark, and I must say I thought we were the only ones that got sick. The place needs a good clean, the service is bad, and the chicken doesnt taste like chicken.I am surprised its still going.Last time we went there I could have done a better job. Dont risk it.
I have been to this place 3 times over the past 12 years and EACH AND EVERY time i have eaten food from this place i have become severely ill. Don't risk your health STAY AWAY from this disgusting place. I am quite sure ALL their food is contaminated and highly mishandled. After i had my baby i thought it would be nice for a treat but instead i SUFFERED for three days extremely ill, and unable to look after my newborn. THANKS KFC MOOROOLBARK. Also my kids became very ill after eating some chips from this place. Look for the rats and mice living in the kitchen. I think its time to call the health department. This is not a joke!
As far as fast food restaurants go, this would not be a top pick. As far as KFC restaurants go, if I could choose a different one I would. The food is standard KFC food which can be a bit hit and miss depending on when you're visiting and what not. I find the service is generally pretty slow especially in drive through.
While I love KFC, I'd rather drive to the next closest KFC, than go back to the Mooroolbark KFC. I've had chicken from there that was raw in the middle...that's right RAWWW!!! And when the chicken is cooked, it usually has too much fat hanging off it. I've never had these problems at any other KFC, just the Mooroolbark one. Their service isn't very good either, as they seem to go into panic mode when they have more than 1 customer in line.
Every time we place an order it is never right, there is always something missing. When we complain they do offer a credit next time you come in. The chips are never full and usually the food is just warm.
