today i bought 2 lots of tuesday special 9 pieces for $10 plus we got 1.25lite coke and a large fries for free when i submitted a receipt that i did a feed back on the internet the food was fresh and good size

The twisters are soo yummy... i love it... service is a bit slow and sometimes i would return chips and they are cold as i love to eat the chips really fresh and hot but overall great products..

i eat lots of kfc i love it but i believe they should serve there food always fresh and hot there chicken seems to be getting smaller and smaller all the times how come kfc at bell st give you better quality food

This is the local KFC to me and I have a 14 year old son who loves KFC - it is the only thing that keeps me going back. I have had incomplete orders (not spotted till I'd driven away, unfortunately) and the last time I went they ran out of Wicked Wings and substituted extra pieces of chicken much to my son and his friend's dismay. The staff were pleasant, but this appears to be a store without much sense of organisation about it.
Ive heard bad things about them and when i went there I understand why the service is bad the food does not taste as good as it should be. They need new staff more experience and practice also.
The chips are always pipping hot and taste great. However I think this store needs to stock up on their chicken pieces and coleslaw. There was this one time they ran out of chicken at around 6pm. (Can somebody tell me what does KFC stands for? A chicken restaurant without any chicken?) and couple of times did not have any coleslaw left. Customers should be informed b4 hand if they ran out of some items, not after we paid and then tell us you'll replace it with something else.
