Best chicken around, has great quality deep fried chicken and has the real Kentucky taste. Would go again if I lived near and is one of the best KFC's I've been to.
The service was one of the worst ever. The staff are not trained properly. There was missing items from my order. And after ringing them and coming back to pick up the missing items the staff treated me very rudely. Will not visit them again.
I agree with you 100% I wont go back either
The staff is this location have no idea on how to service people, one thing I hate is when the staff are talking and laughing between one another while serving me.

Terrible dining experience. Staff member on tea break was sitting with friends in dining area and swearing their heads off. I had to leave to prevent my daughter from having to listen to them any longer. Complained to their management after leaving the store - the duty manager was about 16!! Oh and the food was terrible.

unfortunately i am a regular for lunch at this restaurant, as its around the corner from my work. the food definitely has its good days and its bad days, but the majority is bad. i still cannot get over the fact that KFC chains can get away with serving such low quality food. my chips from here are ALWAYS brown and the fact they actually expect you to eat them is disgraceful. thumbs down to yet another KFC...
