Absolute disgrace from the customer service and the food has reflected the sub par environment.

Drive thru is super fast but often get the wrong order or don't get my order correctly. One lady on the drive thru is quite rude
I recently went to KFC Lavington Square. Ordered $5.00 lunch and paid extra for Wicked wing to change to a crispy strip. Staff member took order then walked away to do something else. They failed to swap wicked wing over for crispy strip. Service was slow as always. This store staff need a good kick up the bum to improve their cust service.
