The chicken was very brown & dry as though it had been twice fried...chips were stale...didn't get my nuggets either, ordered a bacon cheese burger, it was revolting, very dry & stale...If ur looking for a good KFC try the Armadale store, food there is very fresh & drive thru is reasonably quick unlike Kelmscott...Overall very unsatisfied customer here, I'm surprised their still in business..I will never go to KFC Kelmscott again!

Great food it was fresh and as you would expecet KFC to taste like. I bought nuggets and had to wait a fair while just for some nuggets :( but the freshness and taste was worth the wait :) The staff apolgised for the waiting times and, smiled at them, overlalll aart from th waiitnging times, the service was great.... could have done with extra dining cleaning
Very long waiting times, especially during busy times. They need to get things moving a bit. We have waited in drive thru many times for more than 20mins. Most of the time your order is correct, but often thrown togehter.
