I go to order my lunch there and the service is pretty appauling, they look grubby and messy and like they would much rather not be there. There were times when they even forgot like the gravy or something. The food isn't too great, doesn't always taste new? Tastes sort of old and dry sometimes. Overall I guess it is mediocre.

Most of the times we have been here, especially drive thru, there have been errors in what we have ordered. (ie: Orded original chicken in my pack, but got hot n spicy), or they have left things out. The last couple of times we have made sure to go in to the store instead of drive-thru so that we can check our meal at the counter. Definite room for improvement.

Room for improvement, like making sure everything you ordered is in your bag before leaving. They really need to improve there standard when it comes to drive through service
