I purchased there Tuesday chicken deal last Tuesday the 12 pieces for $12 and the chicken was terrible, it was so over cooked and oily so they need improvement on how to cook there chicken right.

Purchased combo chicken deal- chips were soggy and just warm, the chicken was very greasy, more that normal. One good thing though- the drink was cold. Never go back to KFC Helensvale again.

Long wait to be served then another long wait for an order that was incorrect followed by another long wait to get back to the counter to have it corrected and they still got it wrong despite the order being straight off the menu with no alterations. Hopeless and below what I usually receive from KFC

The Waiting Is Horrible, The Food Is Never Cooked Correctly The Staff Is ALWAYS In A Rush And Never Takes The Time To Do Things Properly, I Wouldnt Recommend Going To This KFC Store!
the staff the are to young, the chicken is never fresh. and you will always have to wait 20 min plus the get anything
sometimes they get the order wrong but overall its nice quick and good .. its actually alway good service apart from lunch time

The food is good, but the service is very poor, the experience is not one i would like to repeat, its extremely hot and there is always one poor person serving, they are very polite and apologies to the customers but the manager needs to sort it out.
