Ordered a meal for myself and a twister for my partner. On arriving home discovered i was missing almost half of the components of my "meal" and my partners twister wasn't grilled as requested. I provided feedback on the KFC website and was apologised to and delivered a $15 voucher for my troubles. Happy with that response, but disappointed with the initial service.
The food is the same price and quality as all KFCs. What sets this one apart, though, is the abysmal service. If I go here I always check my order because, as often as not, it has been stuffed up in some way (items forgotten, even burgers made incorrectly a couple of times???).
They are disgusting, was waiting in the drive through for my food and there was a girl picking her nose behind all the cooking vats. I complained and they gave me my food for free but nothing was said...will never go back there again!
