How useless are these kids 40 minutes in drive thru. Foods cold or over cooked. All there doing is walking round laughing. Minimum wage for.these fools is still too much
If I could put lower than one start I would. I ordered online from KFC at 9:17pm. 3 wicked wings, 3 hit and crispy, 6 nuggets and a raspberry freeze. The online order said last order must be in the drive through by 9:30pm as they shut at 10pm. I got there at 9:25pm to put order through and pick up in drive through. When I pulled up to drive through the person came across the intercom and said we only have a few things left, popcorn chicken, chips, bread rolls, coke. Nothing that was on my order. I said I had an online order through the app. They said they could not make it and that they could just give me popcorn chicken. I organise with them for a refund that would take 48hrs and left. It was more than 30 minutes till closing I got my order in enough time yet they still could not make it at they didn't want to. Well guess I'm not coming back to this location.

Both bathrooms were discustingly dirty and smelt extremely bad . Another lady customer complained to the counter personnel and to my shock an employee took a bottle of spray and cloth to do some cleaning , returned to the food area no gloves on ? I will never go back , if there is a manager of any type working there they need to be sacked .
Not happy with the wait time for a small lunch meal considering there was harldy any customers at the time, when my meal came out they chips were cold (not fresh) But rest of meal was great.
Staff could do with being a little more people friendly and less arrogent.

Such a long time to wait for a basic meal box when they weren't even busy. And the chips weren't even that fresh. Not overly pleased with my experience.
Everytime I go to this kfc it's packed so it can be a long wait but I find the food always taste better from this kfc and fresh. Chicken isn't dry when I've had it.
I have been to Carrum downs kfc several times and most of the time I have been satisfied but sometimes they take to long to bring me the food I ordered but it tastes god
KFC food is like actually pretty good considering I don't even like chicken that much, but kfc's is great. But they take forever to make the food. The popcorn chicken is really good.

I think that KFC Is delicious. but they take way to long to make your food. i don't know what the hold up is but it is very annoying. sometimes i open my chips and there is like half the packet missing.

Quality of the food is pretty good but like all KFC's the chicken now adays is a little oily. Service can be pretty poor at this KFC as we have had to wait up to 15-20 minutes for our order which can frustrate you at times to the extent you want to actually walk out.Workers from businesses in the area use this as a quick take away but its never quick. I don't know what it is why the orders are so slow but management needs to check into this, as it never improves..... if it was a case of wait more than fifteen minutes you get your meal for free...honestly they would be bankrupt in a week. food good, service shocking, unless going through drive through.

all the chicken was so saturated in oil, none of it was eaten. service was horrendous, fast food took 20 minutes to be prepared. never going back. they need to turn up the heat of the oil to stop the absorption rate.

I don't go here very often but each time they get the order incorrect. If you go through the Drive-thru, make sure you check your order or you'll be very disappointed when you get home. The chips are usually undercooked, and food cold. We went there on Monday night on our way to the footy and there were 3 other customers before us waiting to get their orders corrected.
Food was a little cool when dished up and a little greasy but this was as expected. I have found that the drive-thru service needs to be watched as often items are missed through lack of care when putting order together.
