This KFC is great! Its always good tasting never greasy! on the down side there has been a bit of a wait every time I've done there wether it be walk in or drive thru but on the plus side the food always tastes good! Would much rather go to this KFC then the Derwent park KFC
Every time we have gone through the drive thru at Bridgewater KFC we never have received our full order. We've have made several phone calls to the manager and they offer the missing items in our next visit, but that doesn't help when you have mouths to feed and no food. The drive thru staff always seem pleasant enough but the general running of the place is terrible. The chicken at times is so tough the dog has a job to chew it and very greasy chicken to a point that the box sometimes falls apart. Rosny KFC is our preferred choice of restaurants, very friendly, quick process of order and collection always up to speed with "NO" missing items and Sorell is extremely good also.

Overall satisfactory, but a couple of things to point out: KFC might need to tidy up their menu boards a bit as some menu items are a bit small to read and are all over the place, and a bit disappointed that they no longer sell the hot and spicy chicken as my husband really liked it. Found the staff to be helpful and friendly.
The Staff are horrible (argumentitive and disrespectful) as with all KFC stores the menus are jumbled and hard to read (for goodness sake just list your products and make it easy for the orderer to say what they want) - I knew what I wanted and after some explaination, I was told that it didn't exist any more (I purchased the same item from another KFC store the day before!!!!!) I wont make the mistake of going there again
