Whilst KFC Box Hill is consistently fast, of high quality and delicious, the service is inconsistent and just 'how' good your order is depends on who is working at the time.
the chicken is a little dry and the portions have become smaller, but i still like the unique flavours that they have

The staff are always nice and friendly, and the food is almost always amazing quality. On multiple occasions though things where missing from the order but when i have complained about it they solve it and give me what is missing straight away. Great customer service.
i love the kernal's secret recipe, i always get the twister combo meal it's really filling as once you finish it you need a wheelchair which unfortunately is not provided

average food, average quality, average service and average overall. just the car park sometimes fully occupied by the shopping mall next door.
Check your order everytime something is missing or wrong! Really don't know why we go there... Will be driving to the next kfc next time *sigh*
The store is located on a busy street and is easily accessible from Box Hill Centro. The staff are always friendly and acknowledge you when you have to wait for food. I guess waiting for the food ensures that you are getting fresh chicken out of the oven.

This store has there food cooked fresh daily and makes up good meal deals , there care about there customers and wont them to come back , would reccomend to anyone who wants fresh cooked food because they are worth it and great people.
parking is a bit difficult, but thats ok since its a busy place, the seating was good and the staff were friendly, the place was clean and the food was really served hot and tasty, will go back
MMM...KFC is definetely the nicest chicken available in the fast food range, as are the chips. This store delivers exactly what you would except: great chcken, great service and great value for money!
ever been in that KFC mood? well i have and its hard to get rid of and usually a mistake coming here for a burger meal as i tend to feel very ill afterwards! the chips are just too good you can't stop eating them!
