I love the fact that KFC Artarmon is not in a shopping centre so then I could get my dinner with my fam easily without rushing. I haven't been to their drive through but their quality is okay but not too good. Their service differs a lot and depends who takes your order. i think the part time employees should need to be more trained because once they ordered the wrong thing and i had to wait a few min. Once they gave me the wrong amount of chicken pieces. I ordered a street wise 10 piece + chips meal and they only gave me 9.
overall they are good for when your mums not bothered to cook :)

this kfc is on the highway so it is quite busy but easy to find. the food is good quality but the service is terrible. if you are in drive thru they almost always forget something and will actually argue about it with you if you tell them and they think they've put it in the bag! SHOCKING customer service and because it is in such an inconvenient place for cars you cannot easily turn around and go back for the food they've left out.i would estimate in about 2 years of going there they would have left out over $50 worth of things when we have used the drive thru.go elsewhere!
