Couldnt get the order right, rang in and told us ro bring it back.... they gave us a voucher for the next time we comein for the same thing that we had ordered. we ended up not having our takeaway on takweaway night. the service was okayish and the store was clean. I would not order large amounts f food though these guys as they are easily confused i think.
Placed order in drive-thru, got told we would have to wait for part of our order and it would be brought out to us. 20 minutes later went in, the item had just come out of the cooker, 10 minutes later finally got our order, had to wait on original chicken, got to car and found they had stuffed order up. NEVER again will we be going to a KFC in Australia. This is the second time we've been stuffed around by a KFC in this area.

Bought a variety bucket. Got 6 pieces of original, 2 small pieces, 1 drumstick, 2 wings and 1 piece of bone with batter on it. Crispy strips tasted off. Won't be going there again. Will be driving another 10 minutes to Kelmscott.

The food can sometimes leave a bit to be desired but on the plus side, the staff are always friendly and polite.
Everytime I go to any KFC one of the 14y/os who work there always stuff up my order and leave something out.
Great service, the people were friendly, enthusiastic, effective and efficient. The food was okay, and the prices were decently priced.

taste food, good variety, great location, prices are as expected. Plenty of parking spaces around the area and I didn't have to wait for long to get served.
terrible service chips were bad chicken was nice and moist only been once so i would go again cos it might have just been a bad chip day they were kinda soggy not really that fresh
Only been there once. Good value.It has always been my favorite. It is great for drive-through.The service needs to be improved, though. The position is good, too.
This KFC is an excellent quality with lot of chicket varieties to offer. It is bit costlier than other foods but the taste is excellent and couldn't find anywhere else
called in with a visitor from overseas on the way home from Serpentine and ordered some snack pop corn . The chips were disgusting but the pop corn was okay. The child who served us was typical of a 'I don't give a ....." person and due to their rudeness we will never again stop by.

O my good we had to wait about 25 mins just to get same dinner. Right down the drive way and on to the road. think again around having KFC for dinner. I think alot of people where not happy.

Had to wait 30 minutes in drive through which was disgusting, bought my items and when I arrived home found that they had missed putting 2 items in the bag, this has happend a few times there.
