Dr. Cathy and her team are the most wonderful of people They look after my fur babies as though they are their own,
It is difficult to put into words the real feeling one has for this team Thank you does not seem nearly enough.
I would not trust Ali and Sam with any others Sam came from here .

They gave my puppy her second round immunisations, then two weeks later sent me a letter to say she was due for her next vaccinations, which I thought was soon but assumed the vet knew best. So I called as soon as I got the letter and booked her in for following day. The vet gave her the needles then told me she'd need her 3rd round needles in a month.... I said no these ARE her third round needles. The vet clinic stuffed up and gave her two lots of immunisation for her second round THEN CHARGED ME $200 for it. And told me I could have third round free. Today, two weeks after her double up of second round, I got ANOTHER letter to say she is due for her second round immunisations!! So they want to triple her dose of second round?? Ridiculous. Called and told them I want a refund so I can move vet.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. The vets and nurses are of the highest order when it comes to looking after their patients and the owners.
You really can't ask for a better veterinary practice than this one.

We brought our cat (Billy) in for his annual check-up and vaccinations today. We saw Dr Wendy Ng and just wanted to provide feedback.

Our previous experience at Kensington Vet Clinic last year had been disappointing in that the male doctor had treated Billy more like an annoying "thing" than our little boy. We had been reluctant to bring him back again this year and had thought about revisiting our previous clinic in Brunswick but the thought of sad meows for a 20-30 minute car-trip made us feel sad for Billy. So we reviewed the profiles of the KVC team on the website and decided to give it another go. Boy are we glad that we did!

The nurses that we met today were very welcoming and friendly. We also loved meeting Charlie the ginger & white cat at the front desk and Cleo the black kitty was very friendly! We found Wendy to be a lovely, receptive and knowledgeable doctor who treated Billy wonderfully. Thank you to the team at KVC so much for looking after Billy today and taking such care to treat him the way that we would treat him ourselves.

We are looking forward to bringing him back again next year :)

Been taking my two dogs here for years. The vets are always friendly and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about the welfare of the animals.

Been going there around 12 years. Accurately diagnosed and referred my cat to a specialist for new state of the art treatment. My cat is now 16yrs old and well!
I see Kathy and Eleanor and would recommend them both. Kathy seems never too busy to help out or listen to my cats concerns.

I recently moved into Kensington, my 9 year old Labrador needed to visit the vet after developing a limp with her front leg. Rosie has had a rough 2 years, has undergone 3 lots of surgery to remove mast cell tumors, as such she now gets nervous when visiting the vet.
This was the first time I have visited Kensington Veterinary Clinic and Rosie was attended to by Kathy. Kathy is a wonderful, caring, gentle, thorough vet. I was extremely comfortable knowing that Rosie was receiving excellent care and felt reassured. Kathy provided me with detailed information and took great interest with Rosie's history. Following our visit the smile was back on Rosie's face.
I am very comfortable taking both Labradors to the clinic to receive quality care from Kathy and the team.
I highly recommend the clinic to other pet owners.

How many dogs do you know that LOVE going to the vet? Mine does. We have been clients of Kathie's clinic since my boy was 4 months old, he is almost 13 now. Kathie and her team are very compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable. The vet you choose for the care of your animal companions is one of the biggest decisions a pet owner will make, and I would highly recommend Kathie and her staff.

It was a first time visit and my Dog needed to be desexed. I was very nervous and worried as this was my first Prt. After reading reviews about this place I had to book in Bear. I could not be happier with the service. The nurses and Vet were so relaxed and happly took their time to explain to me everything that was about to happen. They were friendly and sweet. They even said if I felt worried during the day that i could ring up and check up on Bear. That ment alot to me. This is now my Family Vet place and I would recommend anyone to go there! :)

Love Kensington Vet Clinic! Everyone is amazing - from the vet nurses who man the reception desk to the veterinarians! No issue is too big or too small. Always treated with warmth, care and generosity. Amazing!

The ONLY place in Melbourne I would consider taking my dog. The staff here provide an exceptional level of service, they are caring, warm and friendly and my dog loves them. I have recommended Kensington Vets to several people over the years and they have all been delighted by the service they've received.

Always a great experience. Lots of room in waiting room for pets to have their own space, always busy but also flexible enough to prioritise and spend extra time where required - friendly and welcoming, know our pets and us, gave us a number of options for treating our older cat's inappropriate elimination and helped us get to a minimum medication, no inappropriate elimination stage, and a much less anxious cat, despite some of the stressors being out of our control. Very accommodating - open late some weeknights to accommodate full time workers. Great all round, highly recommended.

We love the Kensington Vet Clinic and we travel a long way to go there - we used to live closer and now we've moved I can't bring myself to go somewhere else. They really, really love the animals and are very kind to us animal owners who are often upset. They are also very gentle with our dogs.

I am new to the Kensington area and some locals had told me that if ever I needed a vet that this clinic was a great place to attend. I needed to use the clinic sooner than expected when my dog needed dental surgery and the staff were brilliant from end-to-end. Expectations were set up-front regarding procedure, risks and cost. I was kept informed of my dog's progress as he woke from the surgery and was thrilled to see him alert that afternoon, almost as if nothing had happened! I received a follow up call the next day and also a few days after that when the pathology results arrived - even though I had a follow up appointment booked for later in the week. They took care of all pet insurance paperwork for me and helped ease the anxiety of what was a stressful week.

Kathy, Kate and all the vets and staff are just amazing. They take such good care of our greyhounds, and genuinely care about their wellbeing, and ours. I'm 100% confident in their advice, and we continue to visit them when we need to even though we have now moved out of the area.

Often people are motivated to post only poor reviews, it's quite the opposite with me. I want to make sure people know what a great place this is.

When my 14 year old Siamese cat was diagnosed with cancer I was distraught and the vet we were seeing seemed only interested in $. We were recommended KVC by friends and took our cat there. Sadly he had to be put down several weeks later but Kate and Jane were wonderfully supportive in their care and took time to talk through the treatment options and helped me give palliative care at home for several weeks. Then our second cat took a turn for the worse with kidney disease and a month later also had to be put down and again Kate was wonderful. The vets and nurses came to our house to send our beloved cats on to the Rainbow Bridge. They were so sensitive and lovely. Thankfully we still have a retired greyhound and now two new Siamese kittens so we look forward to a long and happy relationship with KVC!

The attention given by Dr Kate Dickson was excellent, efficient and highly professional. No stone was left unturned in the care of my cat. Dr Kate gave her utmost effort to make sure that my cat would have the best possible outcome. Thanks!

Kathy and her staff are unbelievably kind, compassionate and professional. I tried another Vet in the area but they didn't seem to have the right 'bedside manner' for my pets. I decided to try Epsom Road and have never looked back. Have recommended so many people to this practice. They are truly wonderful.

So helpful and friendly. Explain everything so you understand. Very patient with pets and their owners. You are able to put your trust in them. Very professional, but care for you personally at the same time.

I can not speak more highly of the care that Kathy Daly at the Kinsington veterinary Clinic provides for our dogs. She is kind, gentle and thorough. Kathy has a genuine love and concern for our dogs that we have not found else where. We always leave feeling happy knowing that our pets have had the very best treatment. Kathy and her staff of great veterinary nurses always have time for our questions and concerns. I can not recommend their service highly enough.

This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to!!! Our little girl is very sick and has been there for the past three days, prior to that they have done her annual check up for the past 4 years. They are the most caring, highly capable, knowledgeable veterinarian staff I have ever come into contact with and I am very grateful that my little girl is in their care.

We've got two retired greyhounds and they are so well looked after at Kensington Vets. Greyhounds are a bit different to other dogs in some ways, and the staff are really knowledgeable about them and treat them so well, which is so important as these two aren't the bravest dogs in the world! They provide so much helpful advice and support, and have really helped us out. Wouldn't go anywhere else, even if we move out of the area.

This clinic really is a stand out, the very best. You've heard just how caring and dedicated they are from other reviews but I'm sure Golda, my beautiful kitty, had her life extended and dramatically improved due to the love, knowledge and skill she received from Kathy and the team. Ultimately, when it was time for her to go, the staff there made even that experience gentle and beautiful. They are so very compassionate. It's hard to convey just how thoughtfully every aspect of care is attended to by this team. I received a truly heart felt sympathy card from them and I'm very sure Golda could not possibly have received better treatment anywhere else.

It could have been a worst day if I wasn't in this vet. The first visit to this vet after checking WOMOW, one of my elderly dogs was diagnosed with a cancer and may not live long. The shocking news. However, I found all the vets and the staf are very helpful, friendly, informative, passionate about caring lives in need and quality of it. After arriving home, I have decided and started to teach a new trick to this old ill dog even this dog is fully advanced obedience trained, an extra easy obedience trick to help ourselves for the rest of our happy days.
The cost at this vet is very reasonable for their service and quality.

What a wonderful team I have only known this clinic for approx 3 years and can not speak highly enough of them, my two cats are very skittish and yet they sit and and lap up the attention given to them by the staff who can do anything with them,
Not much written but then how can one put in words the feelings of gratitude one has for this team whom I know I can trust with my girls (one of whom was bought here)
