We had a new gas line installed for our BBQ. Kris was very helpful with what needed to be done. Also with the prep work I could do to save some money. Kris was recommended to us by close friends of ours that had used him previously for their renovation. Our kitchen and bathroom was due for a renovation, and after seeing the quality of work from our friends house we didn't hesitate to contact him. Kris took care of all of our plumbing needs from rough-in stage to fit-off.
He definitely lived up his reputation as a professional tradesman and a pleasant person to deal with in general. We couldn't be happier with Kris's work and advice. We will pass on his details to our friends and won't hesitate to call him again should we need his services again in the future.

Kris has done two jobs for us, replacing dead insinkerator and converting the plumbing back to its original state, and replacing a toilet cistern and basin set. He undertook the work as if it was at his own home completing the job professionally and in a timely manner. He is like a traditional craftsman - attention to detail and finish is very important to him. He picked up supplies and removed the old parts for us. He is very friendly, completely competent and reliable. We would have no hesitation in calling him again and happily recommend him to others.

Our hot water service broke down on Saturday before Father's Day last year. We tried 3 plumbers before Kris and they couldn't come out before Monday for a quote. We spoke to Kris and he was prepared to come out on Sunday, Fathers Day, and when we learnt this we went ahead and bought our own hws on the Saturday and he duly installed it on the Sunday. He arrived promptly as arranged at 10am and got to work. We were really grateful and we found it was a very neat job. The quote he gave us stood, no extras added on, and he didn't seem to be rushing the job. We would definately recommend him to family and friends.
