The Flooring Lab hybrid flooring I purchased through Karma was good quality. My issue is entirely with how they handled the return of unopened product.
Their Google Maps listing showed an old Bayswater address that no longer operates. When I arrived there I called Karma, and their staff told me to bring the flooring to Epping and I did exactly that.
Karma then deducted $55.90 from my refund for a courier, because the flooring had apparently gone to the wrong location. The correct location was never mentioned when I called. A customer who acts on instructions from a staff member should not be charged for the result.
My emails were left unanswered for weeks. The matter is now with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
