The rudest experience at a hair salon ever. After following directions to salon from the adress listed online I get to an address at time I appointment so I ring to get better directions and let them know I'm late- 5 min later I ring to get cross street as I was given 4410 old s head instead of 441- pull up 5 minutes after first call and when I walk in the very rude staff tells me we are late and they have started another client- they are at this point mixing hair color so clearly they started a few min before- they had been called they were aware I was on my way an they started another client 15 min after my appointment time and very rude when they say I'll have to reschedule. I tell them the address listed online is incorrect and they shrug- like so what I don't care... Worst customer service ever- no I'm sorry the information listed online is incorrect no attempt to fix situation rude manner all around. I work in a customer service field as well and I would fire a member of my staff for acting that unconcerned and rude to a client. Also I was never told in the two phone calls I made to not bother coming- should have told them I was on the way and the reason I was late was misinformation not on my part but on theirs. I would not support a business that would treat a customer that way- I'm sure the management wouldn't be happy that they are being represented in such a unprofessional manner-
