Hmmmmmm. If they cannot even spell (one of their many) trading names, it does not augur well for them.
My experience was quite poor. They had won a training contract with Confluence/Flatulence Water for training electricians in forklift operation. They must have won this tender with the lowest bid. That is all I can put it down to....
Once they had my email and telephone number I was positively BOMBARDED with spam and requests for all kinds of information that a "one of a dime a dozen RTO" really had no need for nor a reason to have....
Things like a back-up telephone number? a back-up email address? a SECOND next of kin? Inside leg measurement, Copies of passports or they would cancel my training?
After the third threatening text message wanting me to complete an online thing for their students or they would cancel my training, I cracked and told them no. And to stop texting me.
In some kind of petty childish attempt at retaliation they complained to Flatulence Water and had me investigated.
In that (dis) organisation's eyes I had breached a code of ethics or some such drivel....
Even when I had completed the training they kept up with this bombardment with the:
"Hey, can you give us a pat on the back testimonial" requests....
Go away idiots. Go a long way away....
Inconveniently located in ALL their training places.
My advice? keep your life simple. There are better, more conveniently located RTO's around. Go elsewhere....
