K9 Concierge

K9 Concierge are incredible! We are so lucky to have found Simone & Michael. They check-on on Stella, our six month old English Staffy pup, while we're at work and have gone above & beyond for us time & time again! They genuinely care and are quick to communicate. We couldn't recommend them more highly... & neither could Stella!

This is an exemplary service! K9 Concierge really caters for all aspects of the dog and owners needs. I am extremely impressed with the punctuality, professionalism and communication from the K9 Team. The App is outstanding, I enjoy getting pictures, tracking data, as well as feedback from the team. Managing my purchases and payments is seamless. The standard of this service is something the Northern Beaches has badly needed, and I'm overjoyed K9 Concierge are filling the gap. Fantastic!

Can’t recommend K9 enough! I had to fly to Melbourne and back twice in one week for work and they picked up my puppy early morning so I could catch my flight - took him for a lovely solo adventure and then dropped him at doggy daycare. Photo updates, friendly staff, reasonable prices - a dream for a busy single puppy mum!
