I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Kyran. He had my car for two weeks, and I regret trusting him with it. Not only were the jobs I specifically requested not completed, but other work was done without my permission. My front grill appears to have been swapped out with one from another vehicle, and a mirror was supposedly replaced—though it doesn’t look any different. One area I asked to be fixed was poorly done, looking like a child's work, and was left in a complete mess compared to how I dropped it off. Silver paint was also left on my white bonnet.

Kyran also painted my roof without my consent or knowledge, and now it’s leaking water. When I picked up the car, the fuel tank was nearly empty—a sign the car had been driven around. After taking it to a mechanic, I was told my front wheel was dangerously loose and close to falling off. This was not an issue during the car's previous inspection, just before being left with Kyran.

The cost was another shock—over three times the original quote, despite my repeated requests for a revised estimate before any additional work was done. The entire experience was unprofessional from start to finish. I thought I was leaving my car at a legitimate workshop, but instead, it was worked on at Kyran’s residence, on his front lawn, exposed to the elements.

I will be pursuing this matter further to ensure no one else experiences the same treatment. I deeply regret trusting him and handing over my money.

Please give them a call! It looks like he has some fake Google Reviews on there because I don't know how they could've had any issues.
