Demonstrably lying rip-off merchants. Do not deal with these people. Their double-glazed windows do not fit, are far smaller than what they replace and filled with packing (badly) to try and cover it up.

Company treats its customers with utter contempt and never returns calls when they say they will.

Any issues with their work will be dragged out with months and you'll be forced to go to Fair Trading to try and get them to rectify it.

Thoroughly unimpressed with this most recent experience with JustRite. It took four months to organise a shade sail which we were told would take about 4 weeks. First they lost our order after we paid the 50% deposit, then we found out we had paid a deposit for a product that wasn’t possible. Over the four months we had to follow up with JustRite 12 times in total to find out what was happening due to inadequate and infrequent communication (but of they were always very prompt requesting payment).

Clearly this company cares more about the money than it's customers. I'm sure they are fine to deal with when things go right but if they go wrong...

I would just like to say thank you for the outstanding customer service from the Justrite team.

I placed an order last week and within a day I was receiving calls from Kelsey to advise me that the delivery would take a little longer as the stock wasn’t available, which was fine it was just so nice to have someone actually call to let me know.

So a few days later I received delivery. The driver was very helpful it was me and him in the pouring rain, so as he unloaded 32 bags of Earthwool 1 by 1 I dragged them into the house.

So once again thank you for an amazing level of customer service please pass on this message to your team, being in a customer focused industry myself its always nice to hear a thank you for your hard work.
