I am a regular user of Jurlique and the manager Laura continually gives me the most professional and friendly service. I look forward to going in and having a chat with all the staff. The facial room is homely and you forget that you are in a shopping centre. would highly reccommend to anyone wanting great service.
i did not receive any call of reminder which they normally does, so i just walk in and hoping my time is the right one, unfortunately i cannot have my facial done that day as i was late for 10 minutes or so. But the lady manager called me the day after(which i have left a message specify to her to call me back). Laura, she called me to say sorry and by showing her sincerity, she gave me a FREE COMPLIMENTARY FACIAL on whichever day i like to come in. This means to me that i am valuable to them and important to her business. I felt being respected that i never get from elsewhere beauty saloon.
