Rented car via a well known booking site. Bought insurance also, and Jucy advised that the insurance did not cover me and charged me an extra $110 for their policy also. Cars I looked at online were all new models, car we received was AT LEAST 10-years old, had clearly been in a number of accidents, had bumps and scratches all over it. Lights on the dash suggested that ABS brakes were faulty, traction control was faulty. Staff in branch were less than helpful or understanding. Do yourself a favour and check out their reviews on other sites, Jucy are nothing but trouble.
