From the first phone call we found Joel to good to deal with, he came out quickly to quote the job, and then came back the next week and installed both a CCTV system and a new alarm system. He got the job done even before many of the other larger companies had even called us back to arrange a quote. We would definitely both use JTB again if we wanted something else done, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone. We feel like we got good value for money.

I spent a bit of time looking for a CCTV system for my house and I wished I had stumbled on to JTB Security earlier. Joel offered the best deal by far. His price and system was cheaper and far superior than some of his competitors.

Joel and his crew turned up on time (8:00am) and started working straight away. They were professional, polite and even cleaned up at the end of the day.

Very happy to find Joel here. Joel came today just to give a quotation on security alarm and camera, I am already very impressed with him. The existing property has an ADT alarm system, but we were not given a master code when we bought the property. Joel helped me to reset the code, and showed me how to use it at no fuss. He explained his products well and gave no pressure. I decided on the spot that I will have Joel to do the job even I haven't received his definite quote yet, and I don't have a 2nd quote to compare. But I believe that I will receive the best service, and be a happy customer.

After looking for a security company to come and fit cameras and an alarm system to our new home i did some digging made some calls i spoke to a number of companies and i didnt get the right level of professionalism i expect from such a sensitive area of works untill i contacted Joel.

Joel and his offsider jack turned up at our property on time and got stuck into it right away no real noise either which was appreciated by my fiancé as she slept through the first 2 hours of works.

Both the boys did there upmost to get the work done with minimal disruption and absolutely zero damage to our home. Even after i realised that i had completely forgotten about securing another room with an extra sensor this was no issue and the boys covered off that room as well again no mess no fuss.

I am extremely happy with the work the boys carried out at our home Thursday just gone the 16/02/17 and would highly highly recommended Joel and Jack for any security needs you have.

Not only was the work completed very proptly but after everything was done with the exeption of the new senors cameras and alarm installed you wouldnt even of known they had done anything espoecially as Jack used the vaccum and cleaned all the worksite areas thank you to both of you your name will be put forward to anyone i know who asks me about a good secuirty installer from this point on and i dont word people up on just any old work it really has to impress me.
