This place is worth every hair dollar you spend! It was such a pleasurable experience for me (despite having my children with me)! I was immediately drawn to the energy and the gentleness that oozed out of all them all. The other draw card is its a chemical FREE salon. I look forward to my hair color upon my next apt! Ilaria is a miracle. She is not only an amazing stylist but an amazing soul. She never fails to disappoint with my hair. My dedicated salon. Not to mention, they are very understanding when you can't make an appointment.

Chieno was absolutely brilliant. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she literally did the exact same to my hair. She is amazing. The salon was lovely and clean. And the girls were all very nice. I bought a groupon and to be honest wasn't expecting much. I have been on the hunt for a new hairdresser and I can say I have found one!! Just a brilliant experience!!!

I did not expect much from this salon as I made the booking as part of the Groupon deal. But I was wrong. Chieno - the hairdresser made me feel so welcome. She is very skilled and knowledgeable. She even offers some advice for taking care of my hair. Will definitely come back again

I had moved into the area and needed a good hairdresser, so I thought I'd try Groupon to get a discount first hair appointment to test out the stylists. While the reviews and experience of the staff are loudly plastered on the Groupon and the salon site, I was appalled at the service and experience. I was given the newbie even though I had selected the hairdresser I assumed had experience via online booking. Unfortunately she knew nothing about cutting hair.

After seeing her cut my hair in the first 15 -20 mins I felt the need to spend the rest of the time telling her how to fix the uneven layers and fringe.
I was also present when a senior staff member got off the phone with another Groupon customer and expressed loud and annoyed how he doesn't have time to spend on customers not paying the price which I thought was in very bad taste.

Yes, we may not be paying full price right now, but you won't be getting my long term commitment at full price that way.
It seems like new customers don't get special treatment but they may not need the business.

I'm so glad to find a hair salon like Jorge's. I felt comfortable and welcome there and totally loved my new haircut and colour! Haven't been to a hairdresser for ages and had trust issues ;) But couldn't choose better. Jorge gave me a superb haircut and Ilaria nailed the colour!
I fully recommend them!
