We had 4 doors done last year and all our windows this year and Joondalup Security have been excellent. The service was great the installer cleaned up after himself and we had a payment plan tailored to suit us. We highly recommend Joondalup Security
Hopeless. First they forgot which door I ordered. A few days later called and asked me what colour I ordered! Then door was supposed to be fitted on Monday, nothing happened, so thought it would be done on Tuesday still not there when I got home from work. Called them on Wednesday and was told it would be done 3pm Friday. At 4pm still nothing so tried to call them at 350pm and office closed Should be open till 5pm Not Happy
