John Phillips are great plumbers, always reliable. Got them along to fix up stuff-ups by another local plumber - East Maitland Plumbing - Do not use them.

Had them come out to the house twice. This is what service is supposed to be about. Arrived on time, did the job, cleaned up. Awesome job, awesome service. Would not hesitate having them back to do work again

John quoted for me in 2010, but at the time we decided not to go ahead (planned to renovate and seemed silly to install gas prior to this) however, renovation plans were pushed back and to have a warm house through winter (and lower electricity bills) we decided to go ahead in 2011. John still had the quotation details, and was able to re-quote without coming out to the house.

I had other companies provide quotes to compare prices, but John's was by far the most reasonable (by more than $300) and his employees were able to preform the service within the week!

The tradies who worked on our house were quick, professional, polite and easy-going. Would happily and highly recommend John Phillips Plumbing and his employees to all!

A pipe going to my toilet broke, with a fair amount of water leaking onto the bathroom floor. The plumber arrived very quickly and cheerfully went about fixing the problem. The part was small, the mess was horrible, yet this lovely man fixed it, cleaned up all the mess and did it rather quickly. The cost was les than I expected. I will be using them again!
