I obtained 3 quotes for a ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system for my brother who is on a disability pension. It was a huge decision to make to have it totally overhauled as the previous unit was completely defunct! I knew it was going to be a big job but not only did Richard provide the best quote, he was very prompt, very professional, knowledgable and reassuring about how to best recitify the problem and install a brilliant system. The workmanship was excellent, the tradesperson wonderful and I cant recommend Joe Cool's enouth.
