Shaun Roberts installed an NVR CCTV system at my property. Shaun was very knowledgable in regards to CCTV equipment and responded to every question I raised prior to installation. Being a double storey home, it was a tough job and Shaun completed it in a very professional and timely manner. Shaun was very courteous and was also quite patient when confronted with a complex installation like mine. I highly recommend Shaun for any security installation. If I could give 6 stars, I would!!!!!!
I would never recommend Jim's Security. We have had nothing but trouble with our system. They did not deliver what we paid for, and have given worse customer service than Telstra. Yes worse than Telstra. This arm of Jims are pathetic DO NOT USE.
Thank you to Jims Security Melbourne, great service and so nice to know our house is completley secure. Would recommend this service to everyone
