contacted Jims Pargolas and received a call from a guy who came over to quote within 2 days but he said he will give me a call with the quote and 8 days later had not received his quote or his call I called him as a follow up and he said he will call me with the quote within 2 days. I am still waiting for his call and it has been 12 days very poor service

The pergola needed refitting due to old age and we decided to go with local firm. Work weas performed ontime and on budget with high level sof customer service.

Had a deck installed and the guy was great, really professional, came and gave a quote also bought along some timber samples so we could pick what we wanted. Did a great job and I think he under charged for the work as we were really happy and the other quotes we had were much higher.
