Yesterday we bought a bargain 2 kg of king prawns fresh from Mooloolaba for $25 ,score I reckon. Nice size easy to peel and they were delicious with my home made seafood sauce ,or the fried rice we had for dinner. Will have a look again next time we go to the market there.parking is abundant .easy to find but dont go in the rain like we did lol mud slide galore.

Just be careful you get what you pay for tho,upon peeling prawns there were a lot,of redspots and tigers mixed in,still,fresh and lovely but not all kings
