This store has a great range, very helpful staff, and has extremely affordable good prices. Such a relief compared to most retail these days.
Jaycar has had a lot of items that I have wanted over the years, but they are not very good - rather the 'innovations catelogue' style quality...yet sometimes that's all you need. I bought a voice recorder just under $100. and it's horriblely tinney and noisy. The one I had recently bought from DickSmith for $100 sounds great with not hissing and tinney sounds. Jaycar's service is very good. Clean shop and helpful knowledgable staff to lend a helping hand when things get trickey to ask. They just need to better their products.
