Very good to deal with and great price. Being a women it is hard to find a mechanical workshop that explains it it terms i can understand and not treat me like a women that knows nothing about cars. Jay Kays auto electrics and the owner Darren was very helpful and explained everything through the process of having the air conditioning fixed on my car. Cheapest quote around. Would recomend to anyone especially women , knowing they wont get ripped off. Thanks
my turn indicators were playing up. checked online, found them, saw the negative comment below, but I decided to give them a go. It was the best decision I made! they were very helpful, and they found and fixed the problem (a shorted circuit) in no time at all! Gave me a good price too! thanks guys!
1st Time - Took my car in as the AC was on the fritz. Regas $150 2nd Time - Brought it back again AC on the fritz again. $250 to replace a hose that wasn't even leaking. They didn't show me any leak, couldn't find one I think. 3rd time - Yep now they tell me it's my Compressor that leaks. New Compressor $1400. No refund for change of hose, no super discount for all the stuffing me around or what they charge me already. Really bad service, should have found it first time. Not 3rd time. Never go back there again. Out of pocket $400 that I could have put towards a new compressor from day 1.
i had a problem with my car i told them what i trought was wrong and they made an appointment for me to came down to see them i did so it only took them 10 mintues to work out what was wrong and gave me a very good price since the day they fix it i have not had a problem since great people to deal with
