Jay Jays gives you reasonable quality at cheap prices, so that's all good. If you like branded things like Transformers or Angry Birds clothing, for example, they can help.
There are two issues I have:
Firstly, the way stock is displayed on their discount tables. They pile it up like dirty laundry, and you have to rummage in the hope of finding a size that fits.
Secondly, the staff never help in this respect.
But, you get what you pay for, so if you want to do the digging yourself, then good luck!

Jay Jays is a pretty awesome clothing store. There are trendy, good quality clothes for a variety of ages and amazing and affordable prices for them all. The service is great, all very friendly staff and quick service.

Jay Jays has always been one of my favourite clothing stores because of the affordable prices. I bought a pair of jeans for only $15, which is a bargain. I agree the staff are always friendly whenever I visit the store.
One of my daughter's favorite stores, which comes in handy for Christmas presents! The sales assistant was very helpful and helped me pick the best choice. Very helpful and nice staff.
In my opinion, this particular jay jays outlet is the best in my area. Though all jay jays are mostly the same, the service, help and honest advice from the staff is so comforting.
It's not just the store that makes a good business, 80% of it is the service :)
clothes are really cheap, some of them are good quality i find their stuff usually stretches or fades though but its so cheap it doesn't really matter
Jay Jays are very affordable and have a great vibe when walking into the store! The staff are fun and are always willing to give helpful, useful advice
I went to Jay Jays on my day off with my sister and we tried on some clothes but there wasn't much assistance when we tried them on and were walking around the store, looking at clothes. The prices on the clothes were quite reasonable, it was a well set out store and easy to navigate around. A little bit disappointed in the customer service but it was an average visit to the store.

This shop is pretty good because they sell many different types of clothes and accessories from cheap to expensive. The shop assistances are very friendly but the music is too loud.
i find Jay Jays a very messy and unorganized store. Staff have no interest in helping you. Bought a couple of tops for everyday use but will not shop there again.
The clothing here are a street wear style. It covers basic, street and surf. There are many printed tees at a affordable price some with even some vintage icons.
Great for basics but with more attitude! Good service, and friendly atmosphere. They have good specials on jeans as well. overall a good experience for buying basics with a twist!
Clothes are pretty cheap and ranges from 5 bucks to 40 bucks- very affordable in most cases. The t shirts have cool designs and are usually oversized. Theres also bags, hats, belts, makeup, shoes, jewellery all at cheap prices
