The massages here are the best I've ever had! My partner and I come here weekly to get an hour massage, we never want to leave when it's done!

I'm a big fan of massages as an effective albeit often a bit pricey way of relaxing when it's duly deserved, however with the amount of competition and fast food style approach to thai massage/massage in general in Sydney these days, a lot of quality is lost and often times you pay for a fair massage but nothing spectacularly beneficial, sometimes even leaving sorer than you arrived. This is not one of those places. Janjao is conveniently located near Caringbah Station, and my experience today was excellent.

Ki was my massage therapist, I had a half an hour hot oil massage for $55, and I can honestly say she is a genuine massage angel. Like, I've had countless massages all seemingly unremarkable but this was the best experience I've had in a looooong time. I have had recurring issues with my lower back being so sensitive that any level of pressure would have me twitching and writhing in pain. A lot of massage therapists either get scared and go too soft for any benefit, or go overly hard and I'm left unable to move properly for the next few days. I let Ki know my issues, and by then end of my massage (only half an hour mind you) she had restored feeling and comfort in my lower back, back, and shoulders, almost psychically focussing on spots that were particular hot zones causing me trouble without even me pointing it out. That, folks, is how you know a genuinely talented massage therapist from an inexperienced back rubber. I communicated and it was delivered to a high standard, a genuine restorative and healing experience that justifies the spending. I left today feeling refreshed, relieved of tension, and with their business card hand-- Ki's name relaxedly scribbled on it.

You will not regret getting a massage from here, specifically with Ki, exceptional service and definitely one of the best massages I've ever had. Give it a go!

I love the Far Infra Red Sauna! You ring and book for a 40 min session its private for one or bring a friend. $20.00 for 1 or $30.00 for 2 people. The environment is extremely clean the sauna is dry -no steam. Showers available before & after is included in price. Towel is provided though I also bring my own for after the sauna- it also saves on washing. Simply the loveliest friendly customer service and very affordable. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this peaceful escape it is extremely relaxing yet you feel awake and re-energised. HUGE health benefits!!!
