I had a new split system installed recently by Crosbie Climate Systems and was impressed by the friendly and professional service, from quote to installation.
Extremely competitive prices too - I was able to get the Daikin unit I wanted for much less than I was quoted elsewhere.

After reading positive reviews on this website I contacted Crosbie Climate Systems to do ducting work and install airconditioners. I cannot recommend them enough. I just wished I had contacted them years before instead of putting up with sub-standard heating.

We would be happy to recommend Crosbie Climate Systems - they recently installed two Reverse Cycle Inverter Split Systems in two properties for us and did an excellent job. Very efficient, competitive quote and excellent service throughout.

Phoned up late afternoon to get someone to come out to inspect our faulty ducted heating system. Received a call-back the next morning that Mark was in the area and could come around straight away. He arrived within 30 minutes and had inspected the heater, identified the problem straight away. I was told he would need to order in parts and they would be ready the following day and offered me a quote. Shortly after leaving he phoned back to let me know he had the parts in stock and was on his way back to fit them. He was back almost straight away, installed, and the heater was up and running again. He also measured the CO levels in the house. Not too shabby for an early morning's work. We asked to have a old style thermometer changed over which was organised and then whilst on site had then look and installation of another heating register in the floor in the laundry. All done without fuss and Michael always communicated to let us know what & when. All the work completed as expected.

I gave Michael a good endorsement about 12 months ago and recently had to call him again for a different matter. Again he proved himself to be an excellent worker along with his electrician mate. I have no problem recommending him to anyone who has a heating problem.

Had Michael and his team back to our salon to put in another air con, as he did in 2010.
I can not discribe how friendly he is. Nothing was to hard for the guys. They even worked in between our clients. And were extremely friendly with all my staff. I could not beleve it when I saw michael get out his own vacuum and do a total clean up of where they were working. Michael thought there may had been a problem with the unit, so he refused to take payment for a week until we could give it a good test. The unit was fine so Michael came back to get his payment a week later. His whole business is based on honesty and trust and that's how he runs it. Would highly recommend.

After having some issues with my heating, I called Michael out after reading the fantastic reviews here. He was running a little late, but he did call me to tell me, unheard of! He came to the house, checked the unit and the duct work, advised me of what the issues were and then refused to take any payment, as he was already in the area. I will be getting him back later in the year to service both the heating and evaporative cooling. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I originally called Michael to come and fix my central heating, which had stopped working. He came out within a couple of days and had the system running again within minutes! While he was there he also checked the carbon monoxide levels in the house (all good thank goodness!) and quoted for airconditioning installation. There was no charge for this visit!
I went ahead and organised the aircon installation. I also needed to get my powerbox upgraded and Michael arranged this too. All up, the work was done quickly, with quality workmanship and minimum fuss. Plus it was a great price! This company is a real pleasure to deal with!

Brought the guys in to do a repair job and they figured out that it was still in warranty when I was ready to pay them to fix it. Saved me a lot of money, great guys

Our cooling stopped working so got him out to fix that and service the ducted heating at the same time. He arrived on time and did the job quickly and with no fuss. Very happy with the service.

Michael arrived on schedule, inspected our heating system, identified the faults, fixed them and then refused payment as he said they were too minor. Michael's team installed a new Braemar ducted heater and thermostat after my old Brivis heater carked it. Michael arrived when he said he would and was very polite and personable. I wasn't home when it was actually installed but my dad was and he was pretty impressed with the installers. They were also very polite and professional. It's been almost 3 months since I've had my new heater and touch wood everything's working fine so far. The only thing I'd suggest is to obtain a written quote which I forgot to ask for. We'd verbally agreed for a filter to be installed as well and somehow the wires got crossed and that hadn't been communicated to the installers. However that wasn't a big deal. The installers went out and bought a good quality one straight away and put it in with no fuss and bother. I would definitely recommend Michael and his team on the basis of service and value for money.

Just had a reverse cycle refrigerated ducted system installed by Michael, extremely happy with the job completed and look forward to him doing the same to my next property

Michael came out to have a look at our ducted heating system after moving into a new house, the heating system was not working. Michael replaced the part, adjusted the thermostat and we now have a lovely warm house. Very friendly and easy to dael with and we would recommend him. cost $88+parts.

Michael and his team installed a LG air conditioner into our house in January 2012, after I read his other reviews on this website. I was very happy with his service: they were very fast with the install, and were cheaper than the other quotes I received (for the same product)

I contacted Crosbie Climate Systems after reading the reviews here. We had a few damaged ducts underneath the house (30 year old ducted heating system). Michael came the next day to have a look and replaced the ducts on the spot. Excellent service from a very friendly person! I will definitely recommend him to everyone and will use him again!

We recently needed to replace air ducting on an existing heating system. Found Crosbie Climate Systems on WOMOW - they more than lived up to the rave reviews. Other companies were trying to make the work sound like brain surgery whereas Michael arrived on time, was friendly and very professional. He gave us a realistic summary of what needed to be done and said he would be back the next day with the correct materials to do the job (speed was really appreciated in the middle of a cold Melbourne winter). Next day the job was done efficiently and effectively. What more could you want!! We will definitely use this company again if we needed to.

Crosbie Climate Systems recently replaced our old, poorly working heating system with a new unit. Jessie and Michael were a pleasure to have as tradesmen, on time and very clean! The new system is brilliant, not knowing what exactly we needed was never an issue, the guys were amazing at explaining what had to be done! So happy, and very warm :) Would reccomend Crosbie Climate Systems to anyone!!!

Bought a cheap Bunnings split system and needed it installed. Michael came around on time, did the job very quickly and even came back a few days later to neaten up the install of our other split system that had been in for 5 years and didnt charge any extra, even when I offered him more money.

Will happily call him again if needed.

Update 2013: I just got Michael back to replace an old AC in the living room and put a new one in my new home office. His service and work is still excellent, happy to give him another plug and two thumbs up.
