One of my favorite cafe's in Sydney, my wife and I live just round the corner and we visit regularly.
A great little cafe in the heart of Leichhardt. The coffee is good, the food is fresh and they do some interesting takes on old favorites.
It is a great little place to sit in the sun of a morning while you enjoy a meal.

Hi kevin, im so sorry i only just saw your review and apologise for the late reply.....much apologies for your bad experience on that day but a few things concern me......firstly is you ordered a bacon and egg roll and our bacon and egg roll is only available for takeaway, we do have a special bacon and egg roll on our menu that comes w avocado, bacon, egg, spicy tomato chutney, hashbrown, house made aioli and fetta cheese.....which we sell 300 per week..... as for your 55 min wait it is impossible as we only seat 35pax and on our busiest day where we have a line out the door and a 30min wait list for a table the wait for your meal is still under 15mins......and as for water by the time you come inside to place your order water is on your table by the time you return all the time every time....now that brings me to my final concern about your review, you mentioned that you after dissatisfied paid for your coffee and left....impossible again as you have to pay at the counter before your order is processed as again we dont do table service....i also see that this is your first ever review on womo.....and you chose this site to post a false and fake review......i cant undo what you have posted but you must be aware that i know who you are....i do not work 90hrs 7 days a week in a new cafe to support my family with 2 kids under 2 to have someone like you from an oposing cafe to write such things......karma will be applied to you.......so good luck in the future......love jakey boy cafe
This is a new café just opened recently in Leicchardt. My husband, my boy and I decided to give it a try on a weekend brunch. There is 2 hour street parking on Norton street with a free 30 min button plus 2 hours free parking at Norton street shopping mall, plus a 2 hour free council car park on Renwick street which is behind Norton street, also 2 hours free at the forum on Norton street with validation only.
There are indoor and outdoor seatings. We sat outdoor because it was nice and warm with the sun outside. Highchair was provided for my boy. Staff were super friendly and the atmosphere is nice and cosy. The food and drinks menu is extensive and lots of variety. I ordered a “smashed avo on qsb sourdough with haloumi, mint, rocket, poached eegs and chia seeds” and my husband ordered a “beef bacon cheese burger with onion jam beetroot and spicy tomato relish”. The size and serving portion was generous and the food was delicious. The herb chips that came with the burger was yummy! We finished everything off the plate. I had a soy latte and my husband had an ice coffee. The coffee was nice, strong and smooth. The prices were reasonable, not expensive at all. We will definitely be back!
