I wanted to get windows 7 as windows 8 has so many complaints and so many people want to go back to windows 7
But you can't get it at the store anymore as I had tried everywhere

1 computer place I went 2 said they had it but they were out of stock it was $149 and it would be in in a couple of days then when I went back when they were re stocked they said it has gone up with the Aus $ its now $179

I questioned it as it was an older version with the new windows 8 that you can get for about 70

Before ordering from this company I looked online and read there's and other reviews

Some were quiet bad from the competitors complaining of not getting there orders and paying for it not having emails and phone calls returned stock saying available and not being and being told its sent and it wasn't and people they spoke to were just rude

Prices I also noticed varied a lot for delivery they charged 14.95 others wanted about $55 for the same thing

So what may have looked cheaper could cost more in delivery or not getting it at all
They seem to have a good reputation for emailing and answering the phone or returning phone calls fairly quickly and sorting out the problem from what I read

Seems like they have a fairly fast turn around as well people were saying they received next day

I ordered mine on a Monday it got processed on a Tuesday and I recieved the following Tuesday I received a few emails updating the status of my order

Depending what area you live in as to how quick

I rang twice and got answered pretty much straight away and got them to send me a tracking number so I had a bit of warning hopefully when it was going to be coming and i could be home

I've bought a few items from these guys in the past and their service is always great. They have a 24hr turnaround on all their emails (sometimes I've seen them reply within an hour or two), as well as having MSN chat and phone to call if you have issues with an order. I had a case where there was an issue with the website and it hadn't generated a receipt so I emailed the staff (being Sunday night) and they got back to me Monday morning, saying they had found my order and would ship out and I'd receive it within a few days. Staff are great and answer all queries quickly and efficiently, and I've found that sometimes they can even do a better deal on their products if you have found an item elsewhere cheaper (within reason of course, and factoring in shipping). Great work guys!
