Performs shoddy work, then refuses to fix their mistakes. By far the rudest, most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Called my partner a "hard arse c***" and when we asked them to fix their stuff up (which caused our pump motor to burn out and our electrical safety switches to trip due to them incorrectly wiring our pump), we were told "it wasn't their problem" and were hung up on. We went into the store and said they had to fix the pump at their cost as it was their poor workmanship that caused the problem. We were told to bring the pump in and were then told it would cost another $415 for them to fix their mistake. They then refused to give OUR PUMP back to us. Have reported them to Consumer Affairs. DO NOT USE THEM!
