I was looking to purchase a few IT related products and someone suggested I try i-tech.com.au. The products came relatively quickly, and had plenty of tracking to know where they were. The problem was though neither of the things i bought worked. (in terms of shipping they dont use boxes instead they use those thin plasticy bags. Not sure if this lack of protection caused any of the product fault.
But one item was on back order so they were sent separately). I emailed them about this and they asked i send the products back. I mailed them to the address provided but they said neither ever arrived. And that was the end of it. No refund, no exchanged, they didnt arrive so it wasnt their problem. The customer service i recieved wasnt bad, it just came accross as very indifferent.
I wouldnt recommend them, purely because a 0/2 track record for sending me devices vs them actually working and gambling isnt really my thing.
