Brilliant. Interbit are the perfect partner for our small business that is too big for us to manage ourselves but too small for a permanent and expensive contract that bigger IT firms have offered. The guys always come to site when needed and don't keep us waiting too long, they understand when URGENT means just that.

I found them very good with all the enquires that i had and very afficient. i will certainly be going back again.

The Manager and staff are very helpful, explain everything they are doing to improve computer's memory and performance. I am very satisfied with their advice, expert information and price to fix my computer.

Took in a tablet which I thought had died, and before I left they checked to see if they could get it to start, which embarrassingly they could. Seems there had been a problem with the power supply. Other repairers would have accepted it for repair and then charged me something, but NO CHARGE from Intercity. Thanks a lot for your help. Using tablet now...

I moved here in Jan 2014. Interbit set up my computer system here. I have had them out 3 times. They are prompt and honest and know their stuff. I have had computer Techs in the past that fumbled around for 90 mins and I had to pay for their time !! Justin and others at Interbit know what they are doing and for $75 call out/ per hour they are very reasonable. I will get them again and recommend them for good quick honest Service.

A business you can trust to not rip you off especially if you are not savvy when it comes to computer problems. We have used them several times and always happy with the service .

We have used Interbit a number of times and everytime they went above and beyond what was required. One particular occasions took many hours of investigation and Interbit had our computer for a number of days. When the problem was finally indentified and fixed they only charged us for the part and install. What we were expecting to be a rather large bill was only very minor. WE RECOMMEND INTERBIT TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS QUALITY AND EFFECTIVE SERVICE.

I think Interbit Computing really is the best place in the Wollongong area to have your computer repaired or to buy a new computer or computer accessories. They provide good quality at a very affordable price. I have done business with them for over ten years.

I have been a customer for a number of years and whenever my computers need attention I receive prompt and thorough service at a very reasonable cost.

My toshiba lappy has needed attention for quite some time. while I was in W.A. a few months ago I needed to send some info. however it would not work, and kept freezing. they figured out what is was over the phone. The repair, more ram, fixed the problem, and also got rid of a virus protector that was also causing a problem. $90 later it is like new again. Doug

We bought a hard drive and QNAP and staff formatted the drive even though it was right on closing time. They knew exactly what we wanted and were up front about cost. They explained everything.

I had purchased a new laptop from a major retailer, but was unable to successfully install the anti-virus protection product or wireless connection to the internet. This company was recommended by a friend.

Not only did they carry out the installations I needed, they uninstalled the previously loaded anti-virus product (another brand) which they explained had to be actioned beforehand (I was unaware), & also set up my email address for me. I will definitely use their services again, if required.

My computer wasn't working. I called up Interbit Computing and they had a good idea of the problem over the phone. I took it in to them and they serviced it on the spot. Its good to have people that know what their doing. Thanks Peter!!!
