Hi Ingrid. Could you please respond to my repeated requests to lodge my marriage paperwork for the ceremony you conducted and were paid in full for on the 27th February 2019? I believe Births, Deaths and Marriages are also attempting to contact you about this issue.
Ingrid is simply fabulous, professional and elegant. The help that she gave us to organize our marriage was simply outstanding. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Absolutely fantastic. Ingrid Heyn conducted the marriage in French as well as English and it was really beautiful. Such professionalism and wonderful speaking voice, and she helped us every step of the way. I would recommend this marriage celebrant. We chose the standard ceremony which is $600. Could have chosen her budget option of $250 but we wanted the works and it was well worth it.

After approx. 6 weeks of attempting to contact her we drove to her registered place of business, which happens to be her house, and confronted her. Long story short, she allegedly hand delivered our paperwork with a stat dec the following week however we are yet to receive notification or a marriage certificate to confirm this to be the case.
Hi Annen221, I am yet to receive anything but due to call BDM again this week. Ingrid told us it 'got lost in the mail's along with another couple's paperwork. She said the other couple had notified her a few days before we went to her house but she hadn't bothered to let us know there may have been a problem. She tried to say that she didn't have missed calls despite us calling her multiple times per day from landlines and mobiles. She should be deregistered.
Hi Annen221, How did you get your certificate. I haven't been able to get any real help from anybody.
