Oh my goodness, I had my first session with Rachel today and was so inspired to try all of her suggestions for switching our diet from convenience foods that are full of sugar to more nutrient rich foods that the kids will enjoy - so i went shopping! Getting any nuts or veg into my kids diet has been near impossible, but today I made one of Rachel's suggested smoothie recipes and the kids LOVED it.
