Reasonable little cafe, prompt service and good coffee. Not a huge breakfast menu but there's something for everybody.
Have been here quite a few times and coffee is always excellent. The service is also always friendly and efficient and the owners are extremely hard working.
I have been to this place a couple of times for breakfast after a long bike ride, and each time it has just hit the spot.
First off was a great coffee, and then an amazing dish consisting of a thick cut of italian bread, then mixed lettuce, enough advocado to feed a small army, bacon, and then two beautifully poached eggs.
Heaven.
My partner had the pancakes, and the bites which I could snatch of them were great too.
The communal tables are a great idea, and it being Canberra you are bound to run into someone you know sooner or later if you sit at them.
The staff were pleasant, although I have to say that I preferred the decor before they remade it.But some things can't be helped.
Definitely I would return here.
Approximate cost: $15
This place is a cute little cafe with some individual tables, and a long communal table up the centre. The food was great, however they had run out of a few essential items, and I wasn't in that late. The service was a bit poor, and the items took a while to come, but they were very nice when they did
