They're the worst shopfitters I've ever used!! They have ongoing excuses for being late, shockingly bad workmanship (bordering on unsafe); continually lies regarding fixing faulty workmanship, etc. etc.
We got promises from the "Director" that all faults were to be fixed, and a reduction in money owed due to lateness of handover. They made a poor quality finish and gave an extremely poor customer service, from the owners/directors, then LIES, LIES, LIES!!
Be warned, use at your own risk.
Ask some of "Australia's leading Blue Chip companies" ICI have done work for, then make your decision. Go check the quality of work completed. I use the word completed very loosely, then decide.
It was a very stressful experience with a company who happily takes your money, then leaves you with a 2nd rate job. The two owners speak to their clients rudely, arrogantly and deceptively.
This is just my opinion, from receiving 2nd rate service. Extremely rude and arrogant communication and poor quality finish. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!
