I attended a birthday get together here. I think its worth going, its a bit of fun, its more of a one off short visit thing than an all night thing thing. It is surprisingly small, like others have said.
I've always wanted to check it out, so, I took myself there one Friday night. I was a bit disappointed. The bar 'room' was really small and the drinks, average. The ice sculptures on their web site, were not the same as what was in the bar, at the time, so, I was a bit disappointed about that too. Not really what I expected, but, good novelty value, I suppose. Don't think I'd really recommend it to anyone, either, because it's too expensive, for what it is. The staff are nice enough, the 'ice' clothing they give you is a bit awkward and you can get photos done, but they aren't cheap. I found a coupon on their website, and got a free photo. (I wouldn't have paid for one.) You are not allowed to take your cameras in. Visit is for half hour only. Booked online and the process was easy.

Upstairs into a freezer full of ice sculptures and glasses made out of ice. The staff get you dressed into fur lined coats, ugh boots and gloves, then you enter the ice bar. It is cool and cold too. Inside you can play tic tac toe with giant x&o look at sculptures made of Ice and sip drinks directly out of ice glasses. The glasses can then be smashed into bin and get a new one for further drinks. Just allowed 30 minutes in the cooler as body temp drops too much after that. Then onto the ski lodge for food and further drinks. Only negative is can't take own photos and at $15 a photo it a bit pricey, also no food on day we were there. But it was fun. Great for a party starter.

Great fun to experience the ice bar. Drinks and shot tasty and different from glasses made totally from ice. Good for some photos of the experience but I think if you come here once you would not need to visit again as the novelty does wear of after a while there.
Was fun to do for something different! A bit of a novelty, but not much to do when in there... Drinks were good - loved the glasses made of ice! Became very crowded very quickly, and was a lot smaller inside than I expected. All in all, glad we did it but definitely just as a one off thing.
I would love to say that this place was awesome but unfortunately my expectations were not quite met. Had made a booking for 8pm to enter with my partner but was made to wait about 15 minutes before attended.
Once inside was surprised at the size of the ice bar - it was very small.
The novelty was great but it wore of quite quickly.

Was a little small, but a one off fun experience. Great for getting great snaps. Went there with some girl friends from interstate and was really FUN.
fun place. this is novelty at its best and would recommend to anyone for any occasion. as can be seen by the pics on their website, everything (apart from the floor!) is made of ice including shot glasses, seats and bar. an expensive 30 minutes but it has to be funded somehow i guess! highly recommend.

It was awesome! For a little something different this is definitely a winner! It really levels everyone out as well, you're all dressed the same. Sadly it is a little dirty but how do you clean a place where everything liquid, freezes!!
I had an awesome time! The ice bar was great, only did the half hour stint, enjoying a cocktail and some yummy chilled Shots, the cocktails were really nice! The staff were great, we got luky and were the only people there in between two other groups, so we had the bartenders full attention, got some great pics and had a great time! a must see/do!@!
We recently held our wedding at Chill On. The whole experience was just fantastic - from the weeks leading up to the Wedding and on the day I could not fault anything. The venue, the catering, the service, the staff - all A1.
The ice bar is a great place to go. We attended as a group on a 38degree day and had a great time. The concept is great with everything being made of ice, chairs, tables & statues. The drinks are yummmy. The upstairs bar is really nice as well with comfy couches and a great drink selection. A negative is that they had no snack service except nuts & potato chips. Otherwise a great night or day out

Had my aunty's wedding here over the weekend which was the first of its kind here. Was a fantastic venue. The staff are very friendly and helpful particulalry with having to organise such a large group to enter the "ice bar". They were great with even having to organise my 3 year old son in some oversized gear to enter the room. There was a television upstairs that my partner was able to see the ceremony (as he was minding our 3 month old) and during this time the staff were more than helpful for him. On our return upstairs the staff were timely and appropriate and had great customer service. The place is clean, tidy and warm (upstairs). It is roomy upstairs though was a little squishy with our group in the ice bar.

-12 degrees, ice cocktails, and 30 minutes of freezing fun!! This is a great place for a special occasion, usually a bit of a queue to get in though, and some time delays. Best to go in Summer, as it is extremely cold. It is expensive, but you get 2 drinks free, and it is the novelty of drinking in freezing conditions that you pay for. Something different for a night out on the town.
