Bought new rear shocks, G3612 Adjustable Fixed Reservoir-Twin for my 85 Suzuki GS1000G. Also had Walter install emulators for the front shocks. The improvement has been shocking... The rear feels like I am floating over bumps and has given me a confidence in the bike I never thought I would have on this old bike. They have totally modernised the handling and comfort. They've been on for around 6 months, and included rides on the rough backroads of NW Brisbane, and up the highway. The front shocks now handle everything you could throw at it, including wavey concrete highways and sketchy bitumen. The emulators are not as easily adjustable however Walter has really nailed the setup for my weight. It's so well dialed in that I notice whether I have my backpack on or off (6-10kg). Walter was great to deal with, so good to have Aussie made stuff where you can chat to the manufacturer on the phone. My tubes were on the way out and Walter advised me on how to deal with them.
