From the moment we met with Paul we felt like we had found the right person to bring our vision to life. Paul and his team guided us every single step of the way, from the design process, to maximising the space with a practical layout, to working with us to manage key demolition works and bracing to be done while we were away to ensure minimal disruption to then helping us with design choices. Paul and his team made renovating our house, while living through it seamless. Paul’s no-nonsense and down to earth approach with some of our hairbrained ideas was brilliant and allowed us to really lean in and trust his experience, with what works and what doesn’t, to really make sure our new space was not only practical but also really making use of all areas upstairs. Working with Julie, Dave, Rick and Jules also helped to make our renovation process effortless. Their commitment to ensuring we were always ok with what was happening and taking the time to talk through parts of the build made us really feel a part of the journey, they weren’t just a show up and work then leave team.
