We usually have problems with half the meals we order. our kids love hungry Jacks so this is their treat. we usually buy the stunner meals and a triple cheese burger and replace the fries with onion rings. On our last trip they gave us fries instead of onion rings and this mistake was picked up just before we reached home. we turned back to go get this issue fixed and by the time we actually got back home the food was cold. service is most of the time careless and have never come across a happy employee!
I rarely eat fast food, but I like the taste of this burger. We always get a meal deal each, and sit in their restaurant to eat it. This place is always clean and tidy except on weekends when they are very busy with families everywhere. This time, the burger wasn't up to scratch, and they dropped my drink on the floor behind the counter. I found the staff a little anxious to please, and they were a little clumsy. They apologised profusely, but I was disappointed. The play area for kids is great, and there were a couple of kids having a great time. The atmosphere is friendly, the facilities clean, and car parks are never full. Although we were disappointed this time, we will go back again.
I'm generally please with this HJ's, Service is usually pretty quick and burgers are generally fresh. Only thing that bugs me is that they forget napkins in the drive through and twice now I've ended up with a lap full of coke because they haven't put the lid on properly.

I have eaten way too many burgers here! The food is so fatty and unappetizing, the fries are always too salty. It is quick and the service is okay, but so unhealthy!
all HJ's now have a salt shaker that measures the required amount of salt
Dont usually have to wait that long for food nice food good service doesnt focus on only drivethrough orders
This Hungry Jacks seems about average to me as far as service goes. The good thing is that you don't tend to have to wait long to get your order in, but sometimes you have to wait for the order itself. As another reviewer mentioned it is pretty old and clinical inside, especially when you compare it to some of the update McDonalds that are more cafe like in decor.

Staff are always friendly and polite. Orders are sometimes missing something but the staff are always quick to get the missing part of your order to you. Food is always fresh and hot.
It has really great food. And is always great at hosting kids parties as it is a cheap and affordable option where the parents can sit back and relax while the kids are being watched by one of the staff.:)
my kids love this store and so do i cause i can sit and relax and the kids go and play on the playground so we all have a good time

I really don't like the decor at this store. It's outdated and cold and tacky. I have lived in the area for years and they haven't don't it up ever. There service is always rushed and slap happy. It's a shame because I like Hungry Jacks food and I don't go there because of the service and decor.
Really good, however last time they only had junior size buns for any burger. Don't know how a franchise of that caliber runs out of buns hahaaa, and was a little disappointed when I got a standard woppa with a junior bun without being offered a discount. Overall not bad though, will give it one more shot at redeeming itself lol.

We have been going to Hungry Jacks once a month and have had mostly good experiences with them - though we have had the odd occassion of missing items in our meals however they have either fully reimbursed or offered a free meal which is good.
Prices are fairly priced and they do surrender coupons. Sometimes the eatery there is very messy and there will not be a clean seat to sit and eat so that can get annoying. The kids play area ia always very tidy though.
