The place is dirty and the staff are rude. Long wait times. Give it a miss and go to the food court at the mall. The $4.95 meal is good value but I would rather pay more and get a smile with my meal.
Went to this store for Breakfast yesterday and went through the drive thru. Staff not very polite and dont smile or greet you in anyway. Wait took a while unsure why as the dining room looked empty and was only 3 of us in the drive thru. Not much choice in where to go in future as not very many stores around

fresh. Parking can be a hassle though if you park close to Hungry Jacks side. . . . Staff are always happy to help a customer in need and always friendly, serving the public with a big smile n i take my boys there to play n eat

I have read some of the reviews from this store and checked them out today for lunch. The staff are all pretty young, but that is the norm across many fast food places these days. I got served by a girl who could have used a little sunshine in her day, because she looked like any excuse and she was gone! She wasn't impolite but wasn't friendly either. I ordered my meal to eat there and she put it in a bag as a take away. I told her I wanted it on a tray, and she looked like she was going to lose it! She slammed the bag on a tray and just looked at me like I was stupid. I asked to speak to the manager, and she started to look worried. I never got to speak to the manager because he/she was too busy apparently. Not a great way to relax over lunch. When I got home, I emailed he manager through the website and have advised them to upgrade their customer service. Lunch was great though. Fresh and hot. Car parks were a little sparse, but that was to be expected as it was lunch time. Proximity is good if you are shopping at Kippa-Ring. The restaurant was clean, and the unlimited fill ups of soft drinks a plus these days.

Rude staff can wreck whole experience
I went thru the drive thru.....
Mind you I have done this on several occasions for frozen cokes..
anyway, I get the rude girl taking the order...
then you get to the window...no manners what so ever.
no nothing.. i got my change slapped in my hand and had the drinks basically shoved at me that hard that they fell to the ground..
I wasn't impressed what so ever.
I then said....who and where is the manager??
the look on her face was priceless..
I just said I dont come here to be treated like that by anyone..
The manager come over... i said what happened and they couldn't of cared less either...so thats why im writing this.
When ever you go in the store it looks very untidy and dirty..
the staff never look tidy... most have their pants dragging on the ground all torn and yuk!! Their customer service skills are non existent and orders always seem to take a long time.
Seriously, they dont seem to care about the way they look or the service they are providing...

Not the best hungry jacks I've ever been to at all. Nothing but complete incompetence, both times i went my orders were mixed up and very poorly wrapped, they are the most sloppy burgers after the second stuff up I never went back and made sure everyone I knew that went there heard about it.
I only ever come here for ice-cream haha and I can say they always get my order right!
Sometimes the staff aren't the friendliest but I hardly every wait long for my order.
I hate going to this hungry jacks there chips are usually undercooked and you have to wait ages to get your food.

This is a nice looking store, alot of room and always has seats.. The line up can be a bit long and the drive through is a bit slow, Nice food and worth the wait if you arent in a hurry. Love the new $4.95 meal A great price!

The line up was HUGE took me ages until my order was placed and even longer wait for the meal the people behind the counter spoke non stop like there were no customers there. The food was delicious though.

I have been to the kippa-ring store twice this week . The first time I waited in the drive through for over ten mins the girl got the order wrong and I had to tell her a few times before she got it correct. I asked for my receipt and she was to busy talking to her friends who were not doing much except talking. I asked her 3 times then got a shift manager to get it for me. The next time I cmae through I bought for the whole family and got home to find that my burger was missing even though I had paid for it. The service through the drive threw is very slow and poor. The only reason I come back is because the kids like it and it is a cheap treat.

When i first entered the establishment i had to wait in line as there was only one person serving, so i waited around 20 minutes. Then when i ordered i had to wait for around 10 more minutes to get my order. The food was cold so i returned to the counter and had to wait a further few minutes at which time i was mighty annoyed. I received my food around 5 minutes later with an apology about the wait. This has happened a few times at this establishment.
